4. COST OF SERVICES

Below is the base cost of standard work in roubles. The final price depends on
the scope of work and is fixed in the commercial proposal and in the contract.

4.1. A preliminary estimate for a specific task is available in the cost
calculator on the home page of the website.

4.2. Additional work — multilingual support, advanced animation, SEO setup,
integrations with external systems, training a model on the customer's
documents, analytics dashboards and others — is charged separately and is
included in the commercial proposal.

4.3. The cost of support and subscription servicing is determined by the set of
connected services and is calculated individually.

4.4. The prices on this page are for reference only and do not constitute a
public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The
terms of a specific order are determined by the commercial proposal and by the
contract concluded with the customer.

5. PROCEDURE FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

5.1. The services are provided under the model of **bespoke development and
support**: the result is created for the task of a specific customer and
transferred to that customer. The Contractor **does not grant access to its own
software on a subscription basis** and does not provide services under the SaaS
model.

5.2. Order of work:

1) an enquiry through the form on the website, the calculator, a brief or a
messenger;
2) clarification of the task and preparation of a commercial proposal;
3) conclusion of the contract — by the Parties signing the document;
4) payment in the manner established by the contract;
5) performance of the work in stages with interim demonstrations;
6) delivery and acceptance of the result in the manner established by the
contract;
7) transfer of the exclusive right and, where required, taking the project on
for support.

5.3. The deadlines for each stage are determined by the order; the general
procedure for agreeing and rescheduling them is established by the contract.

6. RIGHTS TO THE RESULT

6.1. From the moment the order is paid in full, the exclusive right to the
design layouts, graphics, texts and source code created under it passes to the
customer in full on the terms of the contract. The remuneration for the
alienation of the exclusive right is included in the cost of the services.

6.2. The Contractor is not the holder of rights to a mass-distributed software
product and has no entry in the unified register of Russian software for
electronic computers and databases: the work is performed for a specific
customer, and the rights to the result are transferred to that customer.

6.3. State accreditation of organisations carrying out activities in the field
of information technology is granted to Russian organisations (Decree of the
Government of the Russian Federation No. 1729 of 30 September 2022). The
Contractor is registered in the form of an individual entrepreneur, does not
hold such status and does not claim it.

7. TECHNOLOGY STACK

The composition of the stack is determined by the task and is fixed in the
technical specification. Where the customer has its own technology
requirements, the work is carried out on the customer's stack.

8. DATA LOCATION

8.1. The production infrastructure of the website and the database of requests
are hosted on a server in the Russian Federation; backup copies are stored in
encrypted form in a Russian object storage.

8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of
27 July 2006. The composition of the data, the purposes, the retention periods,
the list of services engaged and the procedure for exercising the rights of the
data subject are set out in the personal data processing policy
(https://art-aristocrat.ru/privacy).

8.3. A notification on the processing of personal data has been submitted to
Roskomnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information
Technology and Mass Media).
