COMPETITORS
Aggregators take the guest from the hotel: there the guest searches, compares and pays, while the hotel surrenders commission on its own name. The sites of resort hotels almost always share the same weakness — the shopfront is handsome, but the booking is led away into someone else's window, where both the design and the trust break off. Hence the conclusion for the structure: the path of 'chosen — costed — paid' must remain wholly on the hotel's own site.
